Children’s Academy (A Tandan supported school), Shungriphai Village

The Shungriphai community school is located at the foot of the Kamjong mountains. The school was started by the local community who wanted to bring positive change to their village through education. It began in a small community hall and has now grown to help children from six nearby villages.

Today, the school has over 260 students. It not only teaches regular subjects but also helps children learn important skills like self-sufficiency. The school is proud to be a place where children can come to learn, grow, and thrive.
